EASTER Day ( Day 2 )

We attended our Easter service at one of the popular churches in Seattle, St. James cathedral, 804 9th Ave, Seattle, WA 98104. 8:00 am service.
This church had its uniqueness. Apart from the usual amazing sculptures in and around the church, there was one more thing unique about this church. The service alter was exactly at the center, while all four extensions had people observing the service.

And now for breakfast, we picked some fresh food from "Whole Foods, Seattle Downtown"as we had not much time to check out from hotel. That was a perfect Easter breakfast, at the hotel room later.

It was a great view of the Union lake from our hotel room. However, it was time to checkout for our ultimate travel destination, Canada....

Now, at 12:00 noon, we got set to our 139 miles drive to Vancouver . 3:00 pm expected reach time. The picture below is our border. Seattle to Canada(Surrey). Was a very exciting experience to experience and cross the border between countries.

The immigration was friendly and fast. We crossed the border in less than 10 minutes. :)

Tried activation roaming on my T-Mobile .. And it turned out to be free for Canada.Yeay!!!

Crossed border at 2:30pm😊.

And here we are in Canada, in seconds, Feeling the border.

Checked in to Pinacle waterfront , Vancouver. The hotel was in Vancouver Downtown. Was a great location to walk around the downtown. We were too tired, but know we would just sleep, if we planned to rest, so we decided to go out for a walk at least anyway. We did just that ;)

We visited one of the popular home-made Ice Cream Parlours, Gelato in Vancouver Downtown. Truly is worth being soo popular I guess. IceCreams were truly unique in flavors and delicious.

And now, to the very famous, Stanley Park..............>>>>>>>>
*Lions Gate Bridge
*Prospect Point, etc

And, it's time for Linner.... Lunch + Dinner ;)
We wanted to try something different, so wedrove through the downtown and zeroes on
"Banana Leaf (Malaysian) - David st/ burr and street"

And what we had....
------
Malaysian jungle bird / Brazilian -$25 for 8 course meal
capranion(drinks)
Asian salad
Calamari. & sathai chicken
Asparagus
Shrimp
Rice
Beef

It truly was worth the try..

After all that awesome Easter time, we relaxed at the
Swimming pool n jacuzzi
